TopGrads is a selective graduate talent network. It publishes graduate opportunities gathered from employers' own careers sites, and it operates a membership application through which graduates can be accepted into the network.

Opportunities listed here are advertisements for roles at other organisations. Applications for those roles are made on the employer's own site, and TopGrads is not a party to them. Details can change after we publish them, so check the original listing before you rely on anything.

Creating a TopGrads account does not make you a member. An account is created when you submit a membership application, so that you can follow the outcome and control your data. Membership begins only if your application is accepted, and only an accepted account has access to the member experience.

We review every application individually. Nobody is approved automatically, and we do not guarantee that any application will be accepted, or that we will explain a decision beyond what we tell you on your membership page.

• Tell us the truth in your application. We may withdraw membership if you did not.
• Apply for yourself. Do not create an account or submit an application for anyone else.
• Upload a CV that is yours, as a PDF or DOCX. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not upload anything that is not a CV.
• Do not attempt to reach data belonging to other people, or to interfere with the service.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the opportunities we publish.

• We will tell you where your application stands, and record every change of status with the date it happened.
• We will keep your CV private. It is never published, and no employer has access to applicant data.
• We will let you see, correct and delete your data at any time, whatever your membership status.
• We will not email you marketing unless you have asked us to, and asking us to stop will never affect your application.

You can delete your account at any time from your membership page. That removes your application, your CV, your status history and your consent records. It cannot be undone, and you would have to apply again from the beginning.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why.

TopGrads is provided as it is. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that every listing is accurate or current, or that membership will lead to a job.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. The rest of the liability position depends on the contracting company being identified, and is not settled.

Employer services are agreed separately and are not covered by these terms. Employer accounts hold no access to applicant data.

We will update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will change with them. Where a change affects what happens to your data, we will record your consent against the new version rather than assuming the old one still covers it.
