TopGrads helps graduates find the right role and prepare for it. It publishes graduate jobs gathered from employers' own careers sites, and it offers free membership: a workspace for saving jobs, tracking applications and keeping CVs, with an optional Talent Network that approved employers can search.

Opportunities listed here are advertisements for roles at other organisations. Applications for those roles are made at the source we link to — usually the employer's own site, sometimes the board where the vacancy was listed — and TopGrads is not a party to them. Details can change after we publish them, so check the original listing before you rely on anything.

A sign-in lets you identify yourself. Membership is a separate step: graduates from 2023 onwards, including current students, can join and become members straight away. There is no application and no review.

The Talent Network is separate again, and optional. You are private unless you choose otherwise. If you choose to be discoverable, TopGrads verifies your profile before any employer can find it, and may decline to verify it. That decision never limits your membership.

• Tell us the truth about yourself, including your graduation year. We may remove an account that misrepresents who it belongs to.
• Join for yourself. Do not create an account for anyone else.
• Upload only documents that are yours, as PDF or DOCX, and that you have the right to keep.
• Do not attempt to reach data belonging to other people, or to interfere with the service.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the opportunities we publish.

• We will keep your documents private. They are never published and never sent to an employer automatically.
• We will not show employers anything about you unless you choose to be discoverable and we have verified your profile, and then only the summary our privacy notice lists.
• We will let you see, correct and delete your data at any time, whether or not you joined.
• We will not email you marketing unless you have asked us to, and asking us to stop changes nothing else.

You can leave TopGrads at any time from settings, which deletes your member data and keeps your sign-in, or delete your account entirely. Neither can be undone.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why.

TopGrads is provided as it is. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that every listing is accurate or current, or that membership or the Talent Network will lead to a job.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. The rest of the liability position depends on the contracting company being identified, and is not settled.

Employer accounts are approved by TopGrads and are separate from membership. An approved employer can search verified, discoverable Talent Network summaries and nothing else: no names, contact details or documents. Any further employer services are agreed separately and are not covered by these terms.

We will update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will change with them. Where a change affects what happens to your data, we will record your consent against the new version rather than assuming the old one still covers it.
