How access works
- 1Sign in and request an employer account for your organisation.
- 2TopGrads checks that the organisation is real and that you work there.
- 3Once approved, search the Talent Network for verified, discoverable graduates.
- 4Introductions, with the graduate's agreement, are coming later.
Candidate privacy
Graduates are private unless they choose otherwise, and can go private again at any time. You never see a name, contact details, a right-to-work answer, a salary expectation or a CV.
