About this role

Build a broad commercial view of fintech while learning how senior leadership teams are shaped. This graduate research role offers varied projects, exposure to different markets and regular contact with experienced professionals from the start.

Based in London, this specialist executive search firm works across fintech markets including payments, banking, private equity, financial services and credit. You will join a small, close-knit team with experience from established executive search firms. The breadth of client work means you can build knowledge across several areas of fintech while seeing how different organisations approach leadership, growth and senior appointments.

As a Graduate Research Associate, you will contribute to senior-level search assignments across a changing mix of sectors and projects. Rather than focusing on one narrow market from day one, you will research new organisations, speak with senior professionals and build an understanding of different business models. Alongside live project work, you will learn from Consultants and senior colleagues, developing research, communication and commercial judgement with room to grow as your experience increases.

The team offers a collaborative environment where graduates can learn through varied assignments and close contact with experienced colleagues. As well as a starting salary of £30k-£35k, you will also get the following benefits:

You do not need a specific degree subject or previous executive search experience. The essentials are a strong academic foundation, curiosity and evidence that you can research, think clearly and take initiative.

If you want a graduate role that lets you explore different fintech markets while building practical research and commercial skills, apply now to begin your career in executive search.
