About this role
Use data to help fundraising campaigns reach more people and perform more effectively. In this London-based media analytics role, you will work across TV and digital activity for international charities, turning campaign results into clear recommendations for clients.
Based in central London, this specialist direct response agency creates and coordinates fundraising media campaigns for charities around the world. As a Junior Digital Media Analyst – Charity Sector, you will help clients understand how their fundraising campaigns are performing and where improvements can be made. You will analyse results across TV and digital channels, work with platforms including Excel, Meta Ads Manager and GA4, and turn data into practical recommendations. The role also brings direct client exposure, including international charities, so you can see how analysis influences campaign planning, forecasting and media decisions. There is room to build your reporting and visualisation skills through tools such as Power BI while taking increasing ownership of projects.

You will need prior experience working with digital or media performance data, along with strong Excel skills. Experience with the main advertising and analytics platforms is helpful but not essential across every tool.

- Analyse multi-channel campaign performance using Excel and multiple data sources
- Evaluate TV and digital results to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Build clear PowerPoint reporting and present recommendations to clients
- Develop data visualisations in Power BI to strengthen campaign reporting
- Support digital forecasting, revenue planning and campaign performance reviews
- Manage day-to-day client queries, briefings, planning and reporting

- 18+ months’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and GA4
