Graduate Leadership Scheme – Data and Technology

Launch your career where technology, data and commercial strategy come together. This two-year graduate programme offers real responsibility, five rotations and the chance to influence experiences used by millions of customers.

You’ll join a major UK hospitality business with a strong focus on technology, digital innovation and customer experience.

With teams spanning data, digital, technology and commercial strategy, you’ll gain exposure to how a large organisation uses technology to solve business challenges and drive growth.

You’ll also join a graduate cohort, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while building your professional network.

As a Commercial Data & Tech Graduate, you’ll complete five rotations across Data, Digital, Technology and Commercial teams. You’ll work on business-critical projects while developing practical skills in data analysis, technology, digital transformation and commercial decision-making.

You’ll receive structured training, mentoring and support throughout the programme, giving you plenty of room to learn, grow and discover where your strengths can take you. With a permanent position and progression opportunities available after the programme, this is designed to help you build a long-term career.

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, analytical and keen to understand how technology can drive commercial results.

Location: You’ll rotate between Chancery Lane, London and Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You must be able to commute to both locations or be willing to relocate.

Assessment: You must be available to attend an in-person assessment day on either 2nd or 3rd September (TBC) to be considered.
