Our Accelerated Development Programme offers a structured, fast-track route into industry. You will gain hands-on experience working on business transformation initiatives, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and contributing to large-scale change programmes

You will typically work with one client at a time, delivering meaningful outcomes in a professional, client-facing environment. Alongside this, you will complete a minimum of six industry-recognised accreditations, with clear progression pathways and salary growth as you develop.

Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery

Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones

Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development

Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks

Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards

Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships

Strong communication and stakeholder skills

Structured thinking and problem-solving ability

Organisation, attention to detail, and adaptability

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
