Building Services Electrical Engineers work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that meet both project briefs and budget requirements. • Lansdowne House: High-end commercial office development occupying the South-East side of Berkeley Square, Mayfair, City of Westminster, with an all-electric energy centre containing Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps and High Efficiency Chillers.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of building services projects from concept through to completion, working as part of a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of experienced engineers. You will gain hands-on experience in electrical design, technical coordination, project delivery, and site activities, while developing the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in building services engineering. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of sectors and project stages, with increasing responsibility as your experience and confidence grow.

• Contributing to the technical design of electrical building services systems
• Undertaking system load calculations and assisting with plant sizing
• Supporting the coordination and sizing of plant rooms and distribution routes
• Preparing technical reports appropriate to each design stage
• Assisting in the development of technical specifications for selected systems and equipment
• Evaluating technical options and documenting design decisions
• Attending project meetings and workshops, learning through discussion and collaboration
• Working with colleagues from other disciplines to broaden technical knowledge
• Supporting the progression of designs through concept, developed, and detailed stages
• Assisting with site inspections and monitoring installations during construction and commissioning
• Gradually taking on increased responsibility for project delivery as your experience develops
