Graduate programme
Maven's Emerging Talent route has graduate programmes in Trading (options market making) in London, Amsterdam and Chicago, Quant Research in London and Chicago, and Technology in London and Chicago, plus spring weeks and summer internships. Graduate traders follow a 12-month training programme of classroom sessions, mock trading, project work and programming courses. Candidates can apply to one Emerging Talent role per year.
